Winter Time in San Diego
San Diego is the place many families come to visit due to the close proximity of the beaches, local amusement attractions and historical landmarks so beautiful to San Diego. Summer has passed and warmer days are beginning to wane. Winter is almost here and the colder weather is starting to set in, but of course, this is Southern California where most San Diegans continue to wear sandals, flip flops, shorts and t-shirts even as winter approaches. Custom t-shirts are always fun for the locals here as we still play in the sun.
If you are planning on visiting here during the holidays, you may want to check out some Orbitz travel coupons to make the most of your trip in costs. There are plenty of things to do, take a trip to Julian to visit an older town which usually gets the most visitors during Apple Pie season due to their delicious apple pies. There will be plenty of snow to play in for the kids, if San Diego gets enough rain. There’s also the holiday of lights at Del Mar to view beautiful Christmas Light decorations in an animated drive-through light show.
As Christmas is here, lets not forget about preparing early for the shopping season. A few ideas, are posters for your teenagers, great discounted buys for your loved ones on Black Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) and video games for your family gamer.
Good Luck this shopping season!
